SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
All orders may take up to 5-7 days upon placing an order for processing. Please do understand that stock may not always be guaranteed and processing orders with substantial weight and dimensions may take a lot of time.
All orders are subject to either FedEx or DHL Express or other couriers depending on the cost-effectiveness and location of the product to be shipped to.
It may take up to 14-21 days (2-3 weeks) before you receive your product.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
The shipping would primarily involve the Express services of FedEx or DHL depending on the cost-effectiveness and location in which the product is to be shipped to. In some cases, another local courier may be the one responsible for delivery.

All orders are subject to International Shipping. We will cover the costs, just relax with your brand new massage chair.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible upon your request and will advise you a revised estimated date for delivery.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay in delivery of packages due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, transportation failures, wars, acts of terrorism, or any other unforeseen events that disrupt normal delivery processes. In the event of such circumstances, we will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible and provide updates on the status of your delivery.

Why are your products unbranded?
Our products are unbranded to provide you with the highest quality massage chairs at a very reasonable price for the quality of the massage chair. We focus more on the quality and functionality of the products rather than on branding. This approach also allows us to pass on significant savings for our customers.
If your products are unbranded, then why is your price tag higher than those in the market?
We know that you worked honestly and earnestly for your money, but we set our price that reflects the quality, technology, and durability of the massage chairs that make up its value. Moreover, the products undergo rigorous testing and quality checks before being shipped out to the customers to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.
What do I expect upon receiving the product?
The entire package typically consists of 3 boxes, one for the main body, the side panels, and of course the leg rest. Installation of the massage chairs can be found in the manual.
When can I expect my product to arrive after ordering?
Unfortunately, the entire shipping timeframe may take up to 14-21 days, but we are looking for more ways to find a better logistical solution. This is mainly due to logistical challenges caused by geographical location, weight of the product, and its dimensions which take up the costs for shipping. We process and ship out the orders in batches to save costs.
Can I cancel my order?
The customer cannot cancel their order. Although it is not specifically stated in our Shipping Policy, orders are immediately processed at a designated time, which is not ideal for requesting to cancel your order.
What if the product that arrived is damaged?
If and only if the product arrives as damaged (if the product cannot be used) or a complete wreck for any possible reason, please email us immediately and we will have it replaced regardless of warranty.
What can I expect with the warranty?
All of the products are subject to warranty as long as registered please refer to our warranty policy to see the coverage of the warranty for our products.

Yes, our store is made on Shopify in which you may recognize as we are using the Dawn Theme. We chose Shopify for ease of use in establishing an E-Commerce store.
